Particularly, We provides clients with the following legal services:

 

  • Consulting on investment conditions, schedules, procedures of real estate projects in compliance with provisions of relevant central and local authorities where such projects implemented;
  • Supporting clients in preparation and completion the procedures in accordance with every specific period of project and during the project implementation;
  • Consulting project owners and developers on preparation and negotiation on documentation relating to the transferring of land and houses;
  • Working on behalf of clients in preparation and negotiation on documentation relating to land lease and land acquisition;
  • Working on behalf of clients in preparation and negotiation on documentations related to lease of premises and obtaining permits and clearances from relevant government agencies, including notarization and registration.
