Ms. Nguyen Anh Chau is Managing Partner at LIFT Consulting Group. She specializes in the fields of Investment, Corporation, Finance, Banking, and Labor.

Experience

Ms. Chau has more than 15 years of experience as a senior counsel in the fields of finance, banking, domestic and foreign investment, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring and commercial activities.

Especially, she has experience in advising on capital arrangement for domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises with large financial institutions and advising on risk control related to capital use planning, debt restructuring, supporting asset appraisal to conduct banking transactions, and corporate finance in the fields of real estate, banking, industrial and consumer products, civil aviation, oil and gas, telecommunications.

With the experience that has been accumulated in her process of working, Ms. Chau is in charge of guiding the legal team at LIFT Consulting Group on matters related to corporate law and in charge of giving legal advice for domestic and international customers on investment projects, establishment and operation of enterprises, especially in finance and banking.
