Dr. Michael Pham is a Senior Counsel in tax, finance, investment, international trade and contract at LIFT Consulting Group. 

Work experience

Michael has over 45 years of experience as a practicing legal professional in investment, international trade, development project, tax and litigation in the US and Vietnam.

Before joining LIFT Consulting Group as a Senior Counsel, Michael has practiced law as an attorney since 1980, founding his own law firm San Jose, California. Besides, Michael also participated in the management of many international companies.

During his years as practicing lawyer, only in Vietnam, Michael has been in charge of the legal consultancy for a large number of high value projects across the country, from US $10 million to US $1 billion for each project.

In addition, Michael has taught commercial law, international contract law at major universities in Vietnam. Many of his works were published, including: Wise Money (1985), and Perfect Entrepreneur – Who are you? (2014).

In 2014, Michael founded the Business Coaching Program at the International Business Consulting Networks (IBCN) in the US, opened for Vietnamese students who has graduated from foreign universities.

At Lift Consulting Group, Michael and his legal team provide depth advises on investment, contract, corporate, tax and dispute resolutions related to international transactions.
