Mr. Le Thanh Quyet is currently a Senior Associate at LIFT Consulting Group, responsible for providing legal consulting services in the areas of Corporate, Investment, Credit – Banking, Commercial Business, and Dispute Resolution. 

Work experience

With over 10 years of experience in the legal field, Mr. Quyet has developed extensive and diverse expertise in legal consulting and support for businesses, particularly in the areas of corporate law, investment, credit – banking, construction, real estate business, and dispute resolution. He has advised and managed legal aspects of key corporate activities such as: corporate governance and operations, capital raising, securities issuance, corporate restructuring, M&A legal matters, contract risk management, as well as procedures related to both domestic and outbound investment and project implementation. He also provides legal support in credit transactions, mortgage arrangements, and debt settlement.

In addition to legal consulting, Mr. Quyet represents clients in litigation and non-litigation proceedings to resolve disputes and protect clients’ interests before courts, arbitration centers, and other competent authorities, covering matters related to commercial business, contracts, labor, family and marriage, and other civil and economic disputes.

With a strong legal foundation and extensive experience working alongside major corporations, Mr. Quyet consistently delivers practical legal solutions and effective consulting strategies, helping clients manage legal risks and optimize business performance.
